Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Guest Engagement Welcoming every guest with a smile. Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all guests. Answering guest questions related to the menu and suggestive selling to help the guest order. Having knowledge of the various guest programs and technology such as Thanx, Kiosk and Online Ordering. Product Excellence: Having full knowledge of the menu and ingredients profile for all Melt menu items. Ensuring order accuracy upon guest delivery. Monitoring ticket times to ensure food is delivered within THE MELT’s speed of service guidelines. Following recipes accurately during food prep as well as sandwich builds, salads, soups, sides, and shakes.
