Objective: The Commercial Insurance Sales Producer will cold-call and network with industry professionals, both internally and externally, to generate interest in our insurance products and help grow the Heffernan brand! They will work closely with the company's sales team to cross-sell our services to existing clients and prospect for new clients outside HIB. The ideal candidate would be a determined self-starter with a strong work ethic. (This position will work out of the Santa Barbara, CA office.) Requirements: Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $ 65,000 to $ 85,000. Additional incentive compensation eligibility.
