Sun River Health is seeking a full-time MAT Peer Adherence Worker to join our team at the Brentwood location. Summary: The MAT Senior Peer Adherence Worker provides guidance and support to peer workers promoting consistency in collaboration of recovery support services. Has lived experience and knowledge of recovery support community resources. Provides direct recovery support services to individuals with substance use disorders including engagement, retention, and provides evidenced based interventions. Facilitates harm reduction training, and distribution of harm reduction materials .
