Process Improvement Manager

The Quality Management Systems team is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to serve as the primary Quality contact for the Research & Development Division. In this role, you will facilitate nonconformance investigations, lead the internal audit program in alignment with the ISO 9001 standard, and act as a subject matter expert for R&D-related processes. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements, develop and maintain documentation, create process maps, and deliver training on quality practices, nonconformance tools, and other quality ‑ related topics.
