What You’ll Do: - Create and execute the overall marketing and advertising strategy for the agent channel - This includes partnering with the insurance team on new product and sector launches - Working with the marketing teams of our Top 50 national brokers, agency group partners, and wholesalers (where allowed) to create and deliver co-sponsored marketing campaigns - Develop performance marketing processes to analyze success of campaigns - Create and oversee the marketing budget for the agent channel - Manage and oversee key personnel such as marketing managers, copywriters, graphic designers, an...
