Shuttle Driver (Part-Time) - Detroit Metro Airport Marriott Hotel

Job description

The Driver is responsible for driving the van to and from the airport according to scheduled van runs and/or as needed for guests and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for assisting with luggage. Qualifications: - Part-time hours. - High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. - Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state. - Must have a CDL if driving vehicles larger than 15 passengers. - Must not have any moving violations on driving record. - Physical Requirements (In-Office Role). - Ability to work in a standard office environment. - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (6-8 hours a day). - Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday. - Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment. - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. - Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items. - Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office suppl...
