About the position We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Team. The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Strategic Accounts Sales organization by providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our top-tier customers. This role may sit in Syracuse, NY, Indianapolis, IN, or Charlotte, NC. General Responsibilities: Review and assist with plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions. Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams. Adapt to customer specific requirements. Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers. Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.
