Infusion Nurse II with a Cardiopulmonary focus This position is hybrid, however most work is conducted in the field (in hospitals, patient homes, physician offices, etc.). Candidates for this position must reside in the EAST BAY region. Make a meaningful impact—one patient at a time. As an Infusion Nurse II, you will bring advanced nursing expertise directly to patients living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and other rare and chronic diseases. This role offers autonomy, purpose, and the chance to build deep patient relationships while delivering life‑sustaining specialty therapies in the home and clinical settings. What You’ll Do: Provide advanced infusion therapy in home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings for cardiopulmonary conditions like PAH, and other rare and chronic diseases. Educate patients and caregivers to confidently manage therapy and recognize potential side effects. Coordinate closely with PAH specialty centers, prescribers, and care teams to ensure seamless treatment.
