Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: - Helps design and conduct research on neuroendocrine cancers while receiving advanced training from Dr. Po H. Ear to enhance professional skills and research independence needed for pursuit of a career. - The Ear lab at the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology aims to develop novel NET models for small molecule drug testing and evaluating promising immune cell therapy approaches. - This position will require the candidate to: Designs and evaluates experiments; Develops new ideas that promote current research; Prepares and publishes scientific manuscripts under the direction of the Principal Investigator. - More precisely, candidate will be responsible for performing drug screens, leading multi-omics studies, or developing mouse models. - Candidate may teach techniques to others, train, and supervise research staff. - Positions are temporary appointments as a re...
