Job Title Staff Pharmacist Manager: Company: Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services Location: Warrendale, PA: Job Description: Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist Manager to join our Warrendale, PA fulfillment operation. This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment and dispensing, Warehouse and Inventory teams. The Staff Pharmacist Manager ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, service quality, and team development within a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment. The shift for this position is 9 am - 6 pm ET Monday through Friday with the need to flex schedule to support business needs or respond to rare on-call patient needs. Primary Responsibilities: Manage daily pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing, specialty medication fulfillment, ancillary supplies, warehouse, and inventory teams.
