Senior Project Manager

Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Strategy and Continuous Improvement function, reporting to the Director – Strategy & Continuous Improvement. This is a high-impact role responsible for scoping, planning and delivering multiple strategic projects aligned with Lineage’s business priorities across our Australian operations. You will work cross‑functionally with leaders across Operations, HR, Corporate teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget and with sustainable outcomes. Safety leadership and a strong continuous improvement mindset are critical to success in this role. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Determine and define project scope and objectives that align to organizational strategy. - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
