Provides nutrition counseling, education and follow-up services to WIC Program clients. Promotes and supports breastfeeding among WIC clients. Develops nutrition care plans and documents information in WIC data system. Follows policies and procedures for collection, entry and management of data as well as operation of the WIC data system (FL WiSE) according to the WIC User Manual for clinic. Develops high risk nutrition care plans for medical high-risk clients and high-risk clients. Assures scheduling of follow-up counseling sessions.
