Job Summary: The Providence Center Residential Manager Grandview Supported Apartments will coordinate the operations of and provide clinical oversight and support for all psychosocial needs, including mental health, substance use, medical, environmental, and housing for those living in the TPC residential facility. Directly supervises the full-time employees at the residential programs. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Center policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the operation and programming for group residence. Work in conjunction with managers of other residential programs to provide coverage and support and leadership when needed. Ensure Center standards of care are met for consumers. Supervise staff. Conduct regular supervision meetings with staff and maintain record of the meetings. Ensure the periodic supervision of overnight staff by visiting the staff during their shifts.
