Job DetailsJob Location: Sweet Briar College - Sweet Briar, VA 24595Position Type: Seasonal Job Title: FAC Worker: Classification: Non-Exempt -Part-time Position: Reports To: Athletic Facilities Director: Job Summary/Objective: Provide front desk coverage in the lobby of the FAC; monitor and assist with providing customer service to FAC patrons. Track facility usage. Unlock and/or securely lock the FAC and Williams at the end of the day. Position Type/Expected Work Hours: Scheduled shifts throughout the week and some weekends between the times of 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Responsibilities: Excellent customer service skills required: courteous, helpful, and attentive behavior Keep Google calendar, vixenathletics.com, and my.SBC pages open on work computer while on duty to use as a reference Manage FAC Membership fees and RhinoFit duties Answer the telephone or emails and take messages being concise and professional Follow directions with regard to work assignments without supervision Be up to date with athletic events, summer camps, and building activities to be able to answer questions and direct people to the proper place for activities Keep...
