https://www.ardaninc.com/california-employee-and-job-application-privacy-notice/ R OL E AN D R E S PONSIBILITIES: · Reviews/Evaluates/Examines commercial title search documentation, and research and assist resolving all title issues and discrepancies on record based on published underwriting standards, bulletins and guidelines as requested by client or supervisor. · Prepares and reviews title commitment(s)/pro forma(s), lender closing instructions and contracts to ensure all requirements of the transaction are met. · Insure that title products are completed in a timely manner and are of the highest quality. The examiner should determine order priority, the specific needs of our clients, and the instructions from their supervisor. · Works collaboratively with all stakeholders including but not limited to internal operations teams, underwriting, client, outside counsel, and title agent partners. · Analyze complex contracts and the law to create and administer all necessary processes, spreadsheets, and tracking based on service needs. · Process and provide support with draw requests and maintain files related to construction. · Assist with legal research, preparation of documents and...
