AT A GLANCE: RVO Health is looking for a Data Product Manager, to own the full lifecycle of the data product, setting the vision and roadmap in alignment with RVO Health goals. Key responsibilities include leading client engagement for reporting (requirements, deployment, support, and insights), defining and tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement based on performance monitoring and feedback. The role requires collaboration with development teams to translate requirements into user stories and cross-functional partnerships to ensure successful product launches and health economic evaluations. Where You'll Be: To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
