Join Guthrie Corning Hospital’s Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, where flexibility meets stability - $25,000 Sign-On Bonus! Our Float Pool nurses provide essential care across various units, adapting to patient needs while enjoying a dynamic work environment. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring seamless transitions between teams and shifts. Schedule: The full time Acute Care Float Pool RN at Guthrie Corning Hospital works full time mostly on night shift, three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM and includes a weekend rotation. The position includes a Sign-On Bonus and extra premiums for being in the Float Pool. - Night / Days Rotating Shift: Three 12-hour shifts on either 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. This shift also can be rotated to Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) if needed (but will be primarily on nights).
