This position serves as the business analyst for the processing of paper tax returns, payments and documents, both business and individual, within the prescribed standards of timeliness and accuracy. Tax Processing is responsible for the annual processing of over 14 million tax returns and 8 million payments which help ensure refunds are issued timely and critical Government operations, such as education, public safety, and programs for those in need, received the necessary funding. As a Business Analyst, you would become part of a dedicated team. You would provide support by: Reviewing and testing forms to ensure vendor submissions meet departmental standards.
