The Opportunity We are looking for a product growth manager to build the future of our Account Management experiences for Individual customers. This role is passionate about delivering customer-first growth – developing intuitive, impactful experiences that unlock expansion revenue via improvements, credits, upgrades, and AI-powered capabilities. You will operate at the intersection of lifecycle, monetization, and intelligent automation - driving measurable impact across activation, expansion ARR, plan transitions, and retention. What You’ll Do: Lead product growth strategy and execution for Account Management growth initiatives, balancing customer value with monetization impact.
