Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the Rates & Credit and broader Fixed Income Currencies businesses. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our real-time trading platforms. You will apply SRE principles to proactively manage system health, drive operational excellence, and collaborate closely with senior traders, developers, and cross-functional teams to optimise front-to-back workflows. As a technical engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining platform availability, resolving complex issues, and championing automation and observability initiatives. Your ability to work well within a team, communicate effectively across business and technology stakeholders, and operate under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment will be critical to success.
