We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a strong background in Mandamus actions and federal litigation . The attorney will be responsible for representing clients whose immigration applications or petitions have been unreasonably delayed by USCIS or other government agencies. This role requires excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills, along with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. As the Associate Attorney, you will report to the Managing Immigration Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants.
