As a Business Unit Leader , you will own the full financial, operational, and strategic performance of your assigned business unit within Autonomous Services. You will drive P&L results, lead and develop your team, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard. You set the direction for the unit, build the systems that make it run, and are accountable for the results. Responsibilities: Own full P&L accountability including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and field teams across the unit.
