The role drives data driven problem solving using 8D, Six Sigma, and RedX while reducing variation, improving capability, and eliminating waste across processes. Through close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams, the specialist coordinates containment, recovery, and permanent corrective actions supported by statistical analysis and effective process controls. They also execute continuous improvement projects, train teams in structured methodologies, and ensure lasting solutions that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
