Job DetailsJob Location: Westlake, OH 44145Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School*This position is based out of our Westlake, OH office but eligible for a hybrid schedule after successful completion of the probationary period. JOB OVERVIEW: The Operations Associate III, Deposits demonstrates an advanced understanding of incoming check deposits and money movements. In this role, you will review complex tasks and transactions, and maintain documentation within established service levels. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Process automated bulk dividend files from asset providers through secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) sites - Run deposits for 401(k) plans and non-plans - Process returned deposit checks rejected by the bank - Research and process returned outstanding checks to find resolution and ensure client satisfaction - Balance daily transactions ensuring accuracy and entering all times in Trust Accounting and bank accounts - Collaborate with team members to ensure all daily tasks are completed by end of each day - Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: - HS diploma or equivalent required - Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred...
