MongoDB is growing quickly and seeking a talented Senior Contract Recruiter to join our team, focusing on expanding our global FinOps, People, and Legal teams. Because we remain a hands-on environment, this role requires you to be a proven day-to-day tactical recruiter who can also provide valuable strategic guidance in developing our overall recruiting strategy. This role can be based remotely within the United States, with a strong preference for the Eastern timezone. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with an hourly rate of $65/hr.
