We have a career defining opportunity for a motivated, practical and experienced Service Manager (Centre Development Manager) to lead our Rockingham Auto Service Centre. What will you be doing?: You strive to grow and develop the overall operational performance of the automotive centre in line with our Auto Services strategic plan. In addition, you lead a small professional team of Service Advisors', Team Leader (Workshop Foreman) and Detailer/Driver. Responsibilities include: Ownership of the Centre’s key performance indicators, including: revenue, profitability, quality assurance, compliance management Management and monitoring of health, safety and environment compliance Performance planning and management of staff in accordance with RAC policies and procedures Providing customer and member service excellence Optimisation and growth of the existing client base Review, recommend and implement operational improvements to ensure efficient operations Inventory/stock/equipment management: Escalation points for customer feedback: Participation in retention, recruitment and selection activities Reporting to the Operations Manager , this position is offered on a permanent, full-time bas...
