We are seeking a people and operations-minded leader to own the Build Team Capability pillar for Pizza Hut’s Global Training Center of Excellence. This role oversees the creation of blended learning solutions for 350k Team Members around the world. This role leads a team that: This role creates the vision and strategy for the Build Team Capability pillar, ensuring training solutions are engaging, inspiring, easy to execute, and measurable. This role helps the broader training team create training experiences that fuel brand love, pizza passion, and flawless ops execution.
