Senior Director, Domestic Violence Support Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago partners with mission-driven people and organizations across Cook and Lake counties to witness a message of mercy and hope to a world in need by improving lives and nourishing spirits; strengthening and empowering people, families, and communities; and committing to being present to our times through the eyes of faith. Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Mothers and Families , the Senior Director -- Domestic Violence Support leads a team that support s mothers and children through CCAC's transitional homes , currently in Waukegan and on Chicago's North Side . The Senior Director manages a $1.5MM budget and supports two to three direct reports and ~20 team members, and coordinates ~50 volunteers . Role Responsibilities: Program management: Responsible for all aspects of Domestic Violence Support programs , including service delivery , fiscal integrity , and client outcomes .
