We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products. We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint. „The future is circular“ Key responsibilities: - Implement new producers into the Polish market and ensure their successful onboarding in scope of crates and plastic pallets. - Manage and grow existing customer accounts, increasing satisfaction and business performance. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fully understanding their needs, priorities, and decision drivers. - Develop proposals, presentations, and pack tests demonstrating the benefits of IFCO crates over single-use packaging. - Conduct business analysis to identify market gaps, new vertical opportunities, and potential growth areas for IFCO. - Implement solutions that optimise internal and customer-facing processes. - Represent IFCO at local and international trade shows...
