Job description
This is a full-time position located in the Cash Management Operations Department at Central Technology Services. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing BusinessLink setup/change requests received from affiliate markets and daily audit review of BusinessLink changes. The position will also assist with general questions related to BusinessLink services. Functions: - Provide support to affiliate Commercial Banking teams by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to BusinessLink, ACH, wire transfers, and Positive Pay services. - Troubleshoot BusinessLink system issues and coordinate with internal technical teams or departments when escalation is required. - Monitor and support daily Cash Management system activity, including reviewing and validating system maintenance reports. - Set up new ACH and wire transfer services within the BusinessLink platform. - Collaborate closely with Commercial Banking and Commercial Support teams to ensure seamless delivery of Cash Management services. - Manage temporary limit adjustments by processing requests and restoring standard limits once temporary approvals expire.
