ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist the kitchen staff as needed - Clean all dishes, pots, utensils, silverware from the restaurant - Put away the dishes and all equipment used - Take out the garbage - Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers - Clear away dishes, glassware and utensils after each customer. (Bus Tables) - Assist wait staff with refilling customers water and beverage glasses - Sweep and vacuum dining area as needed, maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times - Provide excellent customer service – take telephone orders – suggestive selling - Communicate with other staff regarding needs of customers JOB SPECIFICATIONS: - Municipal Food Worker Card - Some experience in customer service helpful but not required - Must be able to stand for long periods of tim...
