At The Arc of Ocean County, our Toms River residential program supports individuals who benefit from structured routines, hands-on guidance, and consistent evening support. As an Assistant Manager on the 3–11p shift, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining stability during one of the most active parts of the day. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented residential setting and can confidently lead staff while supporting residents with daily living needs.
