General Summary of Position: Granite Telecommunications is seeking a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our team in Quincy, MA. This role requires a professional individual who can manage front desk responsibilities while overseeing various office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Qualifications: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. - Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges. - Keep the front desk and office areas tidy and presentable. - Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment working with Granite’s internal Helpdesk Team. - Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences. - Support the HR department with onboarding new employees. - Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations. - College degree or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus. - Proven experience as an office coordinator, office manager, or in a relevant administrative role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). - Excellent written and...
