We’re looking for a Sales Performance Analyst to join us at Telia. I’m Anders Selin , Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development, driving continuous improvement across the entire sales organization. What you’ll do: You will be supporting B2B sales leaders on all levels with operational sales reporting & analytics, both recurring & predefined as well as proactive & more exploratory analytics. It also means developing and improving continuous analytics & reporting, enabling uniform and reliable sales forecasts and driving continuous improvement of performance monitoring. This includes responsibilities to: - Drive the development of new forward-looking metrics and models for sales controlling - Build actionable CRM dashboards and sales follow-up reporting that enables faster, better decisions for sales leaders - Partner with sales leaders at all levels and the Performance Management team to translate business needs into clear insights and prioritized improvements What will help you thrive in this role: To be successfu...
