İş Tanımı: Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our customers, as a Solutions Engineer , you will act as the main point of contact for Turkish customers , gathering requirements, coordinating project implementation, and ensuring solutions are successfully deployed. You will bridge sales and technical teams, manage timelines and costs, and support configuration and upgrades to guarantee customer satisfaction. - For retailers (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations ex. Carrefour ), working closely with the sales teams in the area, present Vusion solutions and gather customer requirements. - Assemble, lead, and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for roll-outs for independent or medium-sized retailers. - Monitor projects using shared tools, ens...
