Lead Warehouse Coordinator - Co-Pack

The Co-Pack Lead Coordinator is responsible for maintaining continuous co-pack production by ensuring co-packing projects are run efficiently. They will also collaborate with our production coordinator to oversee the scheduling of resources to keep work flowing. This role is the point of contact for anyone on shift for questions or directions. They will also work with the department Supervisor/Manager on issues, status updates, and ideas to improve efficiency. Responsibilities: Shorr Packaging does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position. The targeted compensation for this position is between $24 - $26/hour plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate. - Establish flow of production orders based on inventory, timing, and demand. - Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments. - Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies. - Support quality control efforts by assisting in the inspection of incoming and outgoing goods. - Assure the production team is performing...
