Position Summary: Ensure effective implementation of a company-wide Protection Services program. Develop, and implement programs to meet regulatory requirements, protect Company assets and prevent the loss/damage to Xcel Energy personnel, property, and information. Responsible for the implementation of a broad range of strategic security consultative services as directed by Enterprise Security management. Conduct complex investigations and work with other members of the staff to ensure successful and timely closure of cases. Essential Responsibilities: Conduct security risk assessments and security surveys in accordance with regulatory and non-regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines and industry best practices.
