Overview: The Box Office Assistant Manager serves on the OVG Savannah ticket operations team for events at Enmarket Arena, Johnny Mercer Theatre, and the VyStar Pavilion. This role assists event setup in Ticketmaster, monitors ticket inventory, processes sales and refunds, prepares invoices, and ensures smooth event-day operations. Additionally, the Box Office Assistant Manager supports part-time box office staff through scheduling, training, and performance guidance, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
