Retail Manager - Full Time (Harrah's LV)

Job description

Oversees and manages the daily operation high volume retail outlets. Provides an interactive shopping experience for guests while ensuring the delivery of Caesars Entertainment service standards. Manages one or more of the following criteria: $2M+ in Retail revenues, multi-store of at least 2 or more, single store, Las Vegas properties include: HLV, CTL, DLV, ILV, BLV and PHV. QUALIFICATIONS: - Greet and assist customers, promote sales and demonstrate good public relations. - Work with buyers for suggestions on re-orders of merchandise and customer requests. - Work with merchandisers to develop additional display techniques. - Coordinate events with other departments to promote store tasting, demos, etc. - Awareness of perishable product processing and rotation. - Responsible for the screening, interviewing and selection of new employees. - Maintain staffing levels to ensure delivery of service is maximized and stores operate efficiently. - Conduct pre-shift meetings. - Train, coach and re-train employees to establish standards holding them accountable for achieving standards. - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all employees. - Effectively handles customer a...
