The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Associate with 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Experience working on third-party bodily injury claims, handling extensive personal injury claims, including automobile claims, traumatic brain injuries, significant injuries to property or business and wrongful death claims preferred. Requirements: - Stellar academic credentials - Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy - Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass.
