Tooling and Housekeeping supervisor ( Job Number: 341861 ) Description: Overall Job Purpose: Ensure the availability, airworthiness, and full compliance of all tooling and equipment by maintaining effective control, calibration, storage, and traceability systems in line with operational and regulatory requirements. Drive the development and adaptation of tooling solutions to support shop needs, while implementing lean principles and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organization. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of digital systems for tooling tracking and control, enhancing efficiency, accountability, and data visibility across the maintenance operation. Key Responsabilities: Tooling Control & Compliance: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly controlled, maintained, calibrated, and available for operational use in accordance with MOE and regulatory requirements. Control tool calibration status, ensuring timely execution and full traceability. Remove from service, identify, and secure any unserviceable or out-of-calibration tooling.
