What You Will Be Doing: The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting oversees the accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for all compensation- and benefits-related costs, ensuring accurate recognition and disclosure of payroll, incentive compensation, share-based awards, and employee benefits in compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and public company requirements. As a key member of the Corporate Accounting team, this role partners closely with Financial Reporting, HR, Payroll, FP&A, Legal, Internal Audit, and external auditors to support the monthly close, quarterly reporting, and annual audit cycles.
