Maintenance Planner Department: Maintenance: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: New Braunfels, Texas: Reporting To: Maintenance Manager: Description: We are CURRENTLY seeking a phenomenal Maintenance Planner to join our team! What does a typical day look like? I'm glad you asked! The Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and maintenance quality by anticipating potential delays and developing effective work plans. This role is responsible for creating structured job plans that support the efficient use of maintenance and contract resources. The Maintenance Planner works closely with machine operators, maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and other facility personnel to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure work is completed safely and effectively. This role will also serve as the backup MRO Buyer.
