Overview i3 is looking for a THAAD system focused Software Systems Engineer to join our team to support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office, Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Mission Command Product Office. The candidate in this role will work with contractors, US military, government civilians and system operators to support mission-critical ITI software development by translating Solutions Engineering Documents (SEDs) into actionable Program Engineering Documents (PEDs), ensuring the resulting software-level solution is clearly defined, directly traceable to initial requirements, and technically executable. This role requires close coordination between system architects, solutions systems engineers, software developers, and integration teams to deliver a cohesive and effective solution that meets operational needs.
