We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Senior People Advisor to join our growing People team and help support our teams across the South West and South East , working closely with two Regional Operations Managers . This is a great opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys building relationships, offering trusted advice, and making a real difference on the ground. What you’ll be doing: You’ll provide high‑quality people and employee relations support across our nurseries, acting as a trusted partner to managers and leaders. Your role will include: Managing and triaging the People Inbox, providing timely and practical guidance Leading on ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and incidents Advising managers on day‑to‑day people and performance matters Supporting employee wellbeing through regular welfare check‑ins Managing long‑term absence cases, including sickness reviews and dismissal processes Coordinating occupational health referrals and medical capability assessments Hosting and supporting HR Café sessions Supp...
