Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday-Friday Pay: Starting at $20.00 plus 8% premium ($21.60 p/h) HELP TURN RECYCLED PLASTICS INTO SOMETHING THAT LASTS. POLYWOOD® is looking for a Regrind Technician who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that directly supports our sustainability mission. What You’ll Do: - Set up and operate regrind equipment to prepare plastic materials for extrusion - Regrind scrap plastic to meet quality and production specifications - Load and unload materials by hand or with equipment - Perform quality checks and accurately document counts and weights - Label and tag processed materials - Bundle and stack materials, build and repair skids - Operate forklifts and assist with material movement - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Complete end-of-shift tasks including fueling and basic equipment upkeep What You Bring: - Interest in hands-on training and learning new technical skills -...
