Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Sector: Biotechnology / NGS / Molecular Diagnostics Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in NGS laboratory operations to support the scaling of our diagnostic services. In this role, you will work closely with the Laboratory Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest standards of quality across our NIPT and genomic services. You will play a key role in bridging technical excellence with operational efficiency in a regulated laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities Workflow Coordination: Oversee and coordinate end-to-end laboratory processes, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of NGS workflows. Process Optimization: Continuously develop and refine laboratory protocols to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and maintain high quality standards. Technology & Tech Transfer: Support the coordination of technology transfers and implementation of new genomic platforms within the laboratory.
