Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy . About the Role: Gusto is looking for a Financial Crime Oversight Analyst to join our Financial Crime Oversight & Advisory organization. This role is critical to our mission of protecting the small businesses we serve by ensuring Gusto’s financial crime controls remain robust, compliant, and efficient as we scale. In this role, you will go beyond simple reporting; you will use data to tell the story of our risk posture to leadership and regulators. You will serve as a bridge between the oversight function and our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that financial crime risks are identified and mitigated throughout the product development lifecycle.
