You will handle data entry, address employee inquiries, and maintain payroll records, working closely with the finance team. - Payroll management using A3 innuva. - Contract administration, including registrations, cancellations and modifications. - Resolution of incidents related to payroll and employment contracts. - Advising employees on issues related to payroll and benefits. - Updated maintenance of the employee database. - Support in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures Your Profile 🧐 - Knowledge of payroll regulations and social security. - Minimum experience of 2 year managing A3 Innuva. - Ability to manage registrations, cancellations and variations of contracts. - Ability to perform payroll and settlement calculations. - Basic knowledge of taxation applied to payroll. - Use of office tools, especially Excel. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail an...
