Nutrition Representative

Job description

Nutrition Representatives provide outstanding customer service to families and visitors and make sure patients and families get the highest quality food service experience. Nutrition Representatives may work in two or more of the following areas of the department: Delivery, Assembly and Call Center. Nutrition Representatives navigate electronic health records and operate software and maintain technological devices needed to provide nutrition to patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings; including process meal payments (operate mobile payment options and equipment for credit card payments & manage electronic till); solve or escalate customer concerns, provide information to patients about diet orders and use excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills in all of their work. Nutrition Representatives interpret complex diet orders, conduct simple food preparation, and delivery of patient and families meals to various areas throughout the main campus.
